The Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for its extensive menu, classic rock music, and world’s largest selection of draft beer. From classic lagers to more obscure ales and stouts there’s a draft beer flavor for everyone. Each Yard House location features a transparent keg room containing more than 600 barrels, some 1,000 gallons of beer, and an endless fleet of tap handles – 100 to 250 – depending on the location. The menu of American cuisine includes an impressive selection of appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks, ribs and chops. Late-night dining is available, and each restaurant can accommodate groups for large parties. For pint-size guests the kid’s klub includes a 12 page activity book, fresh to order menu items and a kustom kooler. The Yard House plays classic rock and roll on its state of the art sound system while an abundance of flat screens showcase the day’s sports and special events. |

Javier’s established in 1995 in Laguna Beach, offers the best home style Mexican style food with freshest ingredients. They also feature the largest selection of premium tequilas in Orange County (gotta love that). They currently have the two location in OC, one in Laguna and other in Irvine. Better make reservation, they are always packed. The bar area is a bit of a meat market….filled with Newport’s finest. |

Beachfire Bar & Grill : One of my favorites, A place where the Real Housewives film often. Owned by Dave and Allison Donaldson, it has the feeling of a real family establilshment. The atmosphere is a big part of why people keep coming back. the restaurant is green and recyclable, even down to the kids cups and the to-go containers. Beachfire is big into art, with displays of local artist work all over the walls. Enjoy their wedge salad (my favorite) while listen to a live band. |
